Apparel Return Policy:
At Fancy Farmhouse, we understand that sometimes your dream item didn’t end up being all that dreamy. We are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.
- Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued.
- All returns/exchanges must be done within 14 days from original order date.
- The term "FINAL SALE" means items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- Sale items, flash sale items, accessories and intimates are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 815.441.3438 for assistance.
When will my return be processed?
Returns are processed 5-7 business days after we receive them. Please record your tracking information to see when it arrives.
You are responsible for return shipping. We will send a confirmation email when your store credit is available.

What is your Home Decor and Wood Sign Return Policy? What if a product arrives damaged?
Although there are no returns on home goods or signs, we want to make sure you absolutely love what you receive. If there is a problem with your order, please let us know within three days so that we can make things right. We will make sure you receive a replacement or exchange when possible if the item is received damaged.
We work very hard to package your items with care, but sometimes issues occur during transit. If your order is received damaged, please do the following:
1. Within THREE BUSINESS DAYS... Email photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to email@example.com. We do not check our Facebook or Instagram for returns. Returns MUST be handled via the email that is above.
2. One of the Fancy Farmhouse girls will respond to the email within 2-5 business days
*It's important to save all original damaged item(s), original packaging & packaging material and to contact us immediately.
*Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If we do not have something in-stock, we will call or email you. Please include your phone number at check-out. Currently, our in-store POS and our online website inventory doesn't match up. We are trying really hard to create another website so everything matches up.
What is your shipping policy? You will receive an email confirmation upon placement of your order. All items will leave the boutique within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise noted, due to stated special order, wooden signs or pre-order status. If you order a sign and a shirt, we will ship them together. This may cause the shirt to not ship until the sign is ready. If you would like the shirt shipped within 2-5 business days, please make a separate transaction.
What happens once my item is shipped? You will receive an email and a tracking racking number, so you don’t have to worry about when your item will arrive. We usually use USPS Priority - most products leave the boutique in 1-4 business days. Priority is a normally 2 day shipping method. We are not at fault when weather or disasters occur and slow down shipping.
Do you Ship Internationally? Not at this time.

If you are local and would like to pick your order, please select "local pick-up" during the check-out process. Your *order will be ready for you when we are open. Boutique Hours: Tuesday-Friday 11AM - 5PM, Saturday 9AM - 2PM, Sunday 11AM - 2PM, Monday - CLOSED. Local pick-up orders must be picked up within 3 weeks, unless other arrangements have been made. If items have not been picked up within 3 weeks, they will be donated to the charity of our choice.
*Please note Special Order Items (such as sign and furniture) will not be available for immediate pick up.
